So many times in my gay life have I wished to live in Canada. Icka Prick & Iron Pussy keeps me updated on the goings on up there, and does so very well. Many posts about sex-work and off the radar shit happening in smarter upper half of North America, and I hope to visit again soon. This week, IP&IP pointed me to this dope interview with Catherine Opie at nomorepotlucks.org, another fierce Canadian queer “journal of politics, arts, and culture.” With NMP’s streamable Dyke on Mykes podcasts, media section dedicated to queer arts and music, NMP is a definitley a resource for queer women. The first issue is up now. Go.
Thanks for your shout outs to my blog every so often – I’m a fan of TPR and it’s cool to know the feeling’s mutual. Anytime you want to come north for a visit, lemme know. I’m hoping to be in Chicago for the Desiree Alliance conference in July (http://www.desireealliance.org/conference.htm).
