Reported via the Reader’s Crickets, there are more than a few hip hop blogs talking about the song “Georgie Porgie,” the original version of what is now known as Tribe Called Quest’s “Show Business” from the record Low End Theory (1991). My favoritely titled blog, It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold This Sac, says “For real, they are pretty much gay bashing all over this one (pause, no homo).”
Needless to say, if this had been released, Tribe might not be known as “Without question the most intelligent, artistic rap group during the 1990s…” from (allmusic.com).

Ya I didn’t know about this. If the Tribe actually put out this song they might of gotten a lot of press like NWA when the first came out. Wow thats crazy.
